Here you can find typical food of Tuscan cooking. The food is made with passion and seasonal ingredients that represent our territory.
Starter: small pieces of toast, cold meats and salami, cheeses, sauces, timbale of vegetables and appetizer.
First course: homemade pasta (macaroni, tagliatelle, lasagne) with tomato sauce called “Aia rossi e bianchi”. It is made with duck, rabbit, pigeon and poultry in general or also with game, cinta senese and chianina.

We are available to cook vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free food.
Second course: different kinds of meat like beef, poultry, pork and game to realize roasts, grill, stew, stewed meat, skewers and beefsteak. You can taste also giblets cooked following Tuscan traditional.

Pane di Casore: the association promotes the “disciplinary Tuscan bread DOP” (Denominazione di origine protetta= Denomination of protected origin) whose iter of identification will be showed with the object of regulations CEE510/2006.
The quality of bread is guaranteed by the control system adapted from the association that recovers the whole productive part.
Il Poderino dei Trinci: “Poderino” has been certificated biological farm for twelve years. It produces oil and wine on the Montalbano slope; territory is not easy to cultivate olive groves and vineyards often are terracing.
Agricola poderi Pratina: the farmhouse “Agricola Poderi Pratina” is situated in Valdinievole, not so far from Casore del Monte. They produce flours and spelt, jam and typical Tuscan products that you find in our kitchen.
